Setten and Durward is committed to protecting the environment. We aim to achieve this by assessing and improving our products and services.

As a supplier of office and filing products, we aim to ensure that at each level of manufacturing we minimise energy and material consumption. Setten and Durward is also committed to:

• Purchasing recycled raw materials or, where this is not possible, ensuring that the raw materials are from a fully sustainable resource.

• Recycling any waste that is generated by the manufacturing process.

• Ensuring that we have no poisonous factory effluent or emissions,

• Energy consumption is kept to the lowest possible level by an on-going investment programme to provide the most energy efficient plant and machinery.

• Ensuring that packaging cartons are made from recycled raw materials

• The installation of high standard roof insulation to keep heat loss to a minimum.

• Ensuring that government environmental regulations are met and upheld.

• Providing not only our environmental policy but information relating to individual product to interested parties.
